God of love and understanding, Let me always remember: "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear..." (1 John 4:18).
Give me the strength to trust you and to choose faith over fear, especially when the coices of the world try to frighten and paralyze me by screaming that I am not good enough. Remind me of how beloved I am.
I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
