Since Wednesday Olivia has been running a fever. We have been alternating Tylenol and Motrin every other time after two hours... and can not get rid of the fever. Thursday night at bedtime, she measured 104.7 so we called her Dr. and was told to take her to the ER.
David took her while I stayed at home with the other two - no need for everyone to have to stay up late.... and good thing too b/c he and Olivia were there for over 4 hours! She got an antibiotic shot and prescription for an antibiotic.... but no real diagnosis... other than it must be a virus.
On Saturday she was still running fever. I will be glad when this runs it's course!

EDITED TO ADD:
This morning, I took her for a follow up on 4/2/08 I forgot and left the medicine out of the fridge night before last and they won't refill it without seeing her... ??? anyway, the good news is - is that she is back to feeling like herself :) It may be a little smile but at least it is a smile :)
