Edouard weakens to tropical depression. For the full story click here.

Tropical Depression Edouard (35 mph) continues to push inland across southeast Texas and is weakening. As of 4 p.m. CDT, the center of Edouard was located about 35 miles north-northeast of Port Arthur, Texas, and moving toward the WNW at 9 mph.

All tropical storm warnings have been discontinued.
